Refining Grace Counseling offers professional therapy with a Christian Integrated perspective. We facilitate a counseling experience that allows space to safely explore concerns, while offering support, encouragement, and tools that help our clients more successfully manage their inner processes and relationship dynamics.  We invite you to get started today.

REFINE

To fine tune toward improvement, Elevate

To filter out what is not working

To hone something toward a direction of its potential

When we address our need for refinement, we can progress toward deeper self-awareness, experience traction in stuck places, and develop greater resiliency.

Psalm 27:17, “As Iron Sharpens Iron, so one person sharpens another.”

Romans 5:4, “Not only that, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

RESTORE

To return to a former state of being

To reconstruct what has been worn or damaged to an improved condition

To redevelop or reestablish a person or relationship

When we embrace the restoration journey, we can learn to release damaging burdens, gain greater self-acceptance, and more effectively navigate our relationships with God and other people.

1Peter 5:10, “And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”

Psalm 51:12, “Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.”

RENEW

To bring about extensive changes

To replace with something new

To begin again

When we open up to God’s renewal, we can learn to lay down unhealthy coping, reach for the resources He provides, and grasp hold of the freedom we have in Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

Psalm 51:10, “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”
